Through Fosnavåg Vekst, Havila co-owns the hotel property in Fosnavåg. This encompasses a conference hotel with 115 rooms, an indoor car park and Fosnavåg Konserthus, a combined concert venue and cinema. Fosnavåg Vekst has contracted the Olav Thon Gruppen to operate the hotel under the name Thon Hotel Fosnavåg.
